Prices
The following prices are in effect from 1st September 2023:

Fees shown above are per session and sessions are timed as below:
Morning 9:00 am to 1:00 pm
Afternoon 1:00 pm to 7:00 pm
Evening 7:00 pm to 11:00 pm
Every attempt will be made to be flexible about booking times to meet hirers individual requirement
Special Events
Availability
You can find out when the hall is available by looking at our calendar below. Then contact the bookings clerk at bookings@CamMemorialHall.org,uk or on 01453 568068 to make your booking. Once you've made a booking you will receive an email confirming the price and any deposit required which you will need to arrange to pay before the hire and you will also receive the Terms and Conditions which you will need to sign and return.

Paying by Cash/cheque
Take your cash or cheque (made payable to "Cam Memorial Hall") to Cam Post Office (it MUST be Cam branch).
Tell the staff that you wish to pay for a hall booking and tell them how much it is. They will provide a paying-in slip for the payment and give you a receipt.
You must write your email address on the receipt before handing it back to the Post Office clerk.
PLEASE NOTE: The Post Office staff cannot answer any queries about hiring the hall, and can only handle payments.
Paying by Internet Banking
Transfer funds to the Cam Memorial Hall bank account. The details are as follows:

Because we have a business bank account, this name must appear in full exactly as shown in bold above.
Please email bookings@cammemorialhall.org.uk that you have paid. You must download and sign the booking Terms and Conditions. You can then either take these to the Memorial Hall and post it at the letter box on the side, or to the Cam Post Office. Once this has been confirmed your booking will be confirmed by email.
